Gold, silver price today, September 25, 2024: Yellow metal trades higher, silver records dip on MCX

Precious metals showed mixed trends in the Indian markets today. Gold is trading on the higher side of the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) while silver prices have recorded a dip on Wednesday, September 25.
Gold futures, maturing on October 4, 2024, stood at Rs 75,190 per 10 grams, after recording a hike of Rs 187 or 0.25 per cent. The previous close was recorded at Rs 75,003.
Meanwhile, silver futures, due on December 5, 2024, witnessed a dip of Rs 213 or 0.23 per cent and were retailing at Rs 92,180 per kg on the MCX against the previous close of Rs 92,393.
